Mike Kosiver represents the third generation of the company’s family ownership. Mike purchased Lockheed Window Corp. in 2009 from his father, Jeffrey Kosiver. The epitome of an active owner, Mike manages and oversees day-to-day operations in an engaged and hands-on manner.
After earning a B.S. in Finance from Bentley College in 1991, he began working at Lockheed full time in the field, overseeing all of the installations. Now a licensed contractor in all New England states, with more than 30 years in the industry, his designations include an FG-1 Glazier Contractor License in CT and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License in MA. He is a member of multiple affiliations including the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, Associated Subcontractors of MA (ASM), Northeast Window & door Association, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and an ENERGY STAR Buildings & Plants Partner.
One of our most senior team members, with 31 years experience serving Lockheed and its customers, Robert Gregoire oversees all aspects of the Commercial Division’s daily operations. A Burrillville native, Robert has earned various industry designations including a MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and certifications for asbestos and lead management supervision.
Michael Botelho is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and day-to-day business operations. A member of the Lockheed team since 2004, and a 30-year veteran in the field of accounting, Michael earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island in 1985.
Kathy Zariczny came to Lockheed Window Corp. in 1995, starting out as an Executive Assistant in Human Resources. A 35-year HR professional, Kathy is responsible for all HR/Payroll related benefits, programs and procedures. She is also responsible for all training related to our WebCenter online manufacturing ordering system.
A Lockheed team member for the past 4 years, Ashley Williams manages the production and revision of shop drawings, as well as other engineering tasks, for all of our commercial projects. A graduate of New England Institute of Technology, Ashley has a total of 9 years of experience in the commercial glazing industry.
Frank Lavimodiere is our in-house expert at reading and interpreting architectural/engineering drawings and specifications, in order to prepare accurate and thorough cost estimates. A 20-year Lockheed veteran, Frank also coordinates and communicates with all individuals involved in the construction process to bring projects in on time and within budget — while ensuring we deliver finished products of the highest quality.
Jacob Atteridge is responsible for managing all aspects of selected Commercial Division projects — from the estimating/bid phase to successful completion and follow-up. A Lockheed team member for the past 7 years, Jacob earned his B.A. in Architecture at New England Institute of Technology.
A Lockheed team member for nearly 5 years, Michele Marchand is entrusted with the supervision of commercial glazing projects across all phases — from preconstruction and submittals through field installation and turnover. Michele earned her B.S. in Building Construction Management at Purdue University.
An industry pro with 17 years of experience in the glass and glazing business, Nelson Mateus is responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, purchasing and execution of fenestration projects valued anywhere from $1M to $6M. In addition, he directs a team of assistants, CAD technicians, suppliers, installers and foremen — all of who participate in the successful completion of our high-profile commercial glazing projects. An 8-year Lockheed team member, Nelson earned his degree at Roger Williams University in 2001.
A Lockheed team member for the past 17 years, John Kroll’s comprehensive approach to project management spans from the initial notice of award through final completion. John’s contribution includes the expert procurement of required materials and equipment, helping to ensure each project is completed successfully on time and under budget.
Through his intense involvement across the project lifecycle, Jerry Matus provides substantial added value for a prominent list of private clients. A key catalyst in Lockheed’s Commercial Sales Division, Jerry holds an Associate’s Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Maureen came to Lockheed in 2009, as a Customer Service Representative, with an extensive background in retail management and an Associate Degree in Retail Management from the Community College of Rhode Island. She is responsible for managing all aspects of our Customer Service Department and its’ personnel.
