Objective:

A CAD Technician for our Commercial Sales Division will be responsible for creation of shop drawings for new construction and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create and revise shop production drawings using computer assisted design/drafting equipment and software
• Creates and modifies layouts and details from contract documents and specifications
• Other design and drafting support as needed
• Reviews engineering drawings/documents and makes revisions accordingly.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or completion of a technical trade school in CAD, drafting or related field
2. Must have a background in architectural engineering or construction management
3. Strong working knowledge of Auto CAD software, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word/Excel.
4. Strong organizational skills with an ability to assume numerous responsibilities
5. Experience in commercial applications of fenestration products preferred but not required
6. Strong math skills
7. Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, listening, oral & written
8. Knowledge of standard drafting practices and procedures
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision and efficiently schedule/manage time

Objective:

A Residential Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers to increase sales of the Residential Division.

Reports to Vice President of Residential Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 2 years experience selling building material to lumber yards, distributors, etc.
• Develop sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products
• Generate leads to the build customer database
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Contact prospects and customers through phone calls, email, and direct mailings to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with Lockheed Window Corp.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Must have previous sales and customer service experience
3. Must be self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined to work independently.

Objective:

The Window Installer will be responsible for the installation and service of commercial windows, curtainwalls, storefronts, and hardware, doors, sun-shading devices, glass railing systems, skylights, and exterior rain screen panel systems.

Responsibilities:
• Perform window and other hardware removal and installations
• Provide excellent customer and client satisfaction
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers
• Take direction from site foreman to fulfill job requirements

Job Requirements:

1. Must have window/glazing installation experience
2. Possess craftsmanship and finishing carpentry skills
3. Must be self-motivated and result-oriented
4. Strong analytical skills for problem solving and planning skills for proper work site efficiencies

Certification Requirements:

1. Must have valid (within 5 years) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card

Objective:

A Project Manager in the Commercial Sales Division manages all aspects of new construction or renovation projects from inception, through implementation and to conclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the submittal, procurement, design and implementation of all projects
• Develop and negotiate sub-contractor, consultant, and/or vendor/engineer agreements
• Build and develop strong working relationships with client/customer and construction and architectural teams
• Manage project budgets and schedules to adhere to approved expense and timelines
• Monitor all processes, materials, safety, and job quality
• Supervise installation teams to ensure work is completed safely and meets highest level of quality standards

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years experience in the glazing industry
2. Experience interfacing with architects and customers, interpreting specifications, and purchasing
3. Experience estimating and managing public and private contracts
4. Strong organization, management, and communication skills
5. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
6. Ability to assume numerous responsibilities is required
